A top-up without a leak check is a short-term patch. Arena Land tests the circuit, repairs the leak where possible, then charges to the manufacturer load.
We work on the refrigerants already used in Dubai villa and apartment systems. We do not install new units.

Why did my AC need gas again?
Gas does not get “used up” in a sealed system. Repeat charging usually means a leak that still needs finding and sealing.
Do you install new AC units?
No. Arena Land repairs, services and maintains existing villa and apartment systems only.
